Road Map
- All sites to have broadband internet access (where practicable)
- All sites to have access to central University systems via VPN access
- Lobbying for the upgrade of the RMH - UniMelb uplink
- Centralised IT equipment database and asseting of all equipment
- ITIL training and certification for all IT staff
- SOE and centralised imaging of desktop workstations
- Implementation of distributed file servers across multiple locations
- ACPMH, Mindful and the Austin to be fully joined to the UniMelb AD
- Proper backup systems for Mindful, Austin and Albert Rd
- IT Memorandum of understanding with RMH
- Improved documentation of IT systems
