It is an opportunity to learn and discuss what is being planned for MNC data management and the imaging laboratory. It will also involve a forum style discussion on a series of “case studies”.
This will be followed by a presentation by Chris Samuel, Victorian Partnership of Advanced Computing (VPAC) Systems Manager. MNC now has an account for use on a VPAC computing cluster. This presentation will cover the basics of high performance computing and an introduction to VPAC.
