Deadline for 2009 publications
The Department of Psychiatry deadline for submission to Publications Coordinators is Friday 27 November 2009.
All Department academic staff and students must provide their publications to their Publications Coordinator by the designated deadline, so that the data can be entered within University timelines.
Honorary staff who have completed the underlying research under the auspices of the University should also submit their publications.
Note: Clearly an exception to this deadline will be made for material published between this deadline date and the end of December 2009. Any such publication must be submitted as soon as it is published.
Verification evidence for publications in the DIISR categories must be forwarded to the Department.
- A detailed checklist regarding the verification evidence required is included on page 2 of each Category Sheet.
- As the DIISR categories are subject to both internal and external audit, all verification evidence must be submitted before the publication can be certified by the Head of Department.
- The University faces penalties if a publication is selected for audit by DIISR and verification evidence is incomplete.
